Haus of Babylon is an award-winning, premium non-alcoholic drinks brand born in Dubai. We create beverages for adults with refined palates, that want an elevated drinking experience without alcohol.

Inspired by Middle Eastern ingredients and a desire for elegance, Haus of Babylon was born as an ode to beautiful places, cherished moments, and the people who want to enjoy them without alcohol. We’re proud to be the first adult NA beverage brand from the Middle East.

  • Ingredients:
    2oz Babylon Spritz
    1oz Tonic water
    1oz Club Soda
    or
    2oz Babylon Spritz
    1oz Sparkling Wine
    A dash of Club Soda

    Directions: Add ice into a balloon glass. Pour ingredients. Stir and garnish with a slice of orange.

  • Ingredients:
    1oz Babylon Spritz
    .5oz NA Gin
    Heavy hand of bitters
    1oz NA Sweet Vermouth
    or
    2oz Babylon Spritz
    1oz Pathinder Amaro Expressed Orange Peel

    Directions: Add ice to a short glass. Pour in ingredients and stir. Garnish with an orange slice or peel

  • Ingredients:
    2.5oz Babylon Spritz
    1oz Fresh cranberry juice
    .5oz Fresh grapefruit juice
    1 Freshly squeezed lime
    1 dash of Bitters
    Optional 0.5oz of vodka

    Directions: Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a coupe or martini glass. Garnish with a twist.

  • Ingredients:
    1ozBabylon Spritz
    0.5oz NA Gin
    0.5oz Blackberry Syrup
    Dash of Lemon Juice
    6 pieces sage leaf

    Directions: Add all ingredients into shaker, shake and pour over crushed ice. Garnish with a sage leaf and blackberry.

  • Ingredients: 
    1.5oz Babylon Spritz
    1.5oz Espresso
    Dash of Chocolate syrup (can add dash of peppermint syrup for winter)
    or
    replace chocolate with dash of Tonic water

    Directions: Add to a shaker with ice, shake and strain into a coupe or martini glass

  • Ingredients:
    1.5oz Babylon Spritz
    .5oz Aromatic bitters
    .75oz Lemon Juice
    .50z Orgeat

    Directions: Add all ingredients into a cold shaker, shake vigorously and strain into a martini glass or coupe glass. 

  • Ingredients:
    1oz Babylon Spritz
    .75oz Pathfinder Amaro
    .75oz NA Whiskey
    .5oz Lemon Juice 

    Directions: Add ingredients to shaker. Hard shake 10 seconds. Strain into Nick n Nora glass. Garnish with lemon twist

  • Ingredients:
    1.5oz Babylon Spritz
    1.5oz NA whiskey
    .75oz Lemon Juice
    .75oz Vanilla Syrup
    4 dashes of Fee Foam

    Directions: Add ingredients to shaker. Shake with ice and strain. Shake without ice. Fine strain over large rock. Top with bitters. Garnish with dried lemon

FAQs

  • Cardamom, hibiscus and notes of tamarind. Hint of grapefruit and bitter orange with an herbal nose. Bitterness with longevity and sophistication on the palate, with extraordinary mouthfeel.

  • The Babylon Spritz is a non alcoholic bitter aperitif beverage made with an authentic distillation process . The signature botanicals are measured out and placed in a vessel whereby they are broken down. After maceration time , the resulting liquid is then distilled and fractionated in a traditional style potstill , similar to alcoholic distillation. The collected liquid is kept as a distillate and is further blended. For our ready-to-drink version, the precious liquid is then blended with our in-house tonic blend and carbonated water.

  • Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Once opened, refrigerate and consume within 4 weeks. This is a natural beverage and so some sediment may occur, simply shake the bottle.
